  • Description: Provides free tutoring and study materials to prepare for the GED or HiSET subject tests. Tutors are trained volunteers, and scheduling is flexible. Cost of the tests may be covered by the library for enrolled learners, if guidelines are met. The library is not a testing site.The library offers free study resources online and in print, available to the public without enrolling in the tutoring program. Go to the Sacramento Public Library (SPL) web page and look for "Start Test Prep".Other high school completion option is an online accredited diploma program.
